Scope

This policy applies to the public EPS website, merchant-access requests, and related communications. It does not replace the separate data-processing terms that may apply to an approved merchant service.

Information we collect

When you use the merchant-access form, EPS may collect your company name, name, work email, website, preferred integration, expected payment range, and the message you provide. Server and security systems may also process basic request data such as time, IP address, browser information, and error logs.

Do not send payment-card details, identity documents, passwords, or live credentials through the public form.

How information is used

Review merchant eligibility and the requested service
Respond to commercial, onboarding, integration, security, or support questions
Protect the site, form, and service from abuse
Maintain business records and comply with applicable obligations
Improve the clarity and reliability of the website and merchant process

Retention and security

EPS keeps information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the merchant review, communication, security, business records, disputes, or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.

Your choices

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request by emailing sales@paymentgatewayinpakistan.com. Some information may need to be retained for security, records, disputes, or legal reasons.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the site, service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
