The website provides general service, integration, pricing-input, industry, security, and onboarding information. It is not a binding offer, guarantee of access, legal opinion, tax advice, or promise of a particular payment method, fee, settlement time, approval rate, certification, or regulatory status.
Merchant access
Submitting the form does not create a merchant account or require EPS to provide service. Eligibility, verification, methods, fees, reserves, settlement, integration, security controls, restrictions, and production access are subject to review and separate service documentation.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, test vulnerabilities without permission, submit false information, upload malware, scrape at a disruptive rate, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
